Refund policy

We want you to love your Mallowfern order. If something is wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery at Hoid@argo-brands.com.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Final-sale, clearance, and gift-card items are not returnable unless required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.
